We all knew that micrometer is a high precision tools in measurements, Therefore, the manufacturing process is also very complicated. The initial shaping is done through casting or forging, followed by machining processes. For instance, a CNC milling machine is used to precisely machine the shape of the frame to ensure its dimensional accuracy and flatness. For the holes where the anvil and the micrometer screw are installed, a precision boring machine is required to process them, ensuring that the cylindrical degree and straightness of the holes meet the required geometric tolerances. This ensures that the anvil and the micrometer screw can be accurately installed and smoothly rotated.

After several months of development and prototyping, we have developed a plastic box suitable for this outside micrometer 0-150mm (as shown in the figure below). After packaging and transportation tests, the new packaging box has been proven to be aesthetically pleasing, highly resistant to compression, and has a rational internal structure, fully capable of providing protective packaging
